It is with sadness that the passing of William Bill Stuart Waters (Murphy, North Carolina) is shared. William, born on January 29, 1950, passed away on October 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Henry Waters Jr. and Joyce Lee Nichols Waters; his wife Kathleen Gano Waters of Hayesville; his son Lt Col. Eric D. Waters; his brother Richard Waters (Ginni) of Vancouver, WA.; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Scarlett, Evelynn, Grayson, Sawyer, Abbie and Missy.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 16th 2027 at 11:00 AM.
