With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Woody Scaffe Jr. of Murphy, North Carolina, who passed away on February 11, 2026 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Allen Sr. and Gracie Hall Scaffe; his grandparents, Raymond, Mary Scaffe, Lonnie and Frances Hall; his aunts, Bonnie Watford and Mary Steptoe; and his uncle James Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Mindi Scaffe of Murphy; his sisters, Christina Ruthven (Henry) of Marble, Tay Rathbone of Marion and Norh Carolina; his nephews, Hunter Rathbone and Zayden Rathbone; and his aunts, Shirley Hicks, Voncille Moore, Joyce Tucker and Conne Hall-Nesbitt (Amanda).
