She is survived by: her husband Kenneth T. Massengale; her children, Stacie Mulholand of Clayton, Stan Wheeler (Vickie) of Nashville and Steve Wheeler of Nashville; her brothers, Billy Kilgore (Rose) of Stringer, MS and Doug Kilgore (Carol Jean) of Hebron, MS; her grandchildren, Tabatha Vick (Derrick), Joseph Mulholand (Lauren), Melanie Wheeler (Shane) and Sonnie Wheeler; and her great grandchildren, Paxton, Meadow, Thatcher Vick, Jameson, Connor Mulholand and Shiloh Swink. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended relatives.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Community Christian Church (450 E Beulah Rd, Nashville, NC 27856). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
