He is survived by: his wife Stacey Lynn Baxley; his sons, Christopher Ray Baxley (Beth) and Brian Kelly Baxley (Laura); his grandchildren, Jewelie Baxley, Madison Baxley, Brian Baxley, Jr., Adrian Baxley, Aven Baxley and Andrew Baxley; his brothers, Dean Baxley (Mary) and James Baxley (Marilyn); his father-in-law Stacey Oliphant; and his pet Coco.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (661 English Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Services (661 English Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Forset Hill Cemetery (350 N 1st St, Nashville, NC 27856).
