He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Nettie Reece and Louis Reece of Iowa; his wife Vivian Joyce Jairl; his children, Joseph "JoJo", Louis "Herbie" Reece, Deborah King of Nebo, NC, Vicky Martinez (Marcos) of Marshall, TX and Scott Reece (Geneva) of Glenwood, NC; and his daughter-in-law Priscilla Reece of Canton, NC.. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
