She is survived by: her children, Karen McGarr of Hendersonville, Kevin McGarr (Linda) of Marion and Kelly McGarr of Marion; her granddaughters, Sarah Gibbs Carpenter (Carson) and Grace McGarr; her great grandchildren, Katherine Carpenter, Bennett Carpenter and William Carpenter; and her close friends, Marsha Bridges and Margaret Bowman.
