He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest E. White Sr. and Hazel Livingstone White; his former wife Lois H White; his siblings, Dorothy, Claudia, William "Bill" and George; and his son-in-law John Cala.
He is survived by: his sister Hazel Smith; his wife Janice Nuckolls Biddix White; his children, Deborah J Cala of Hendersonville, NC and Stephen F White of Durham, NC; his stepchildren, Jody Griffin of Marion, John Richard Biddix, Jr. (Julie) of Marion and George Edwin Biddix (Tonya) of Marion; his grandchildren, Linda, Nick, Zac and Morgan; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler, Sam, Trey, Sidney, Hunter and Eli; and his great grandchildren, Abby, Olivia and Oliver.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in Forrest's memory are asked to consider American Cancer Society or First United Methodist Church of Marion.
