He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Alfred Winters and Wilma Hoover Winters; and his brothers, Glen Winters and Michael Winters. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Sisk; and his children, Holly Steiger (Brian), Eric Winters (Faymi), Katie Winters, Sabrina Winters (Randy) and Heather Vess (Andy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
