It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Ducker of Nebo, North Carolina, who passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Louise may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Weber and Louise Kirsch; and her husband Dewey Ducker. She is survived by: her children, Dewey Ducker Jr. (Ivy) of Fletcher, NC, Radney D. Ducker of Emma, NC, Bonnie Ducker of Asheville, NC and Tammy Hart (Nicky) of Marion, NC; and her sisters, Josephine Anderson and Clara Pino. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
