She is survived by: her husband William Joyner; her son Zachary Tobias Joyner; and her siblings, Victor Hubert Tate, Perry Wayne Tate (Ruby), Jimmy Tate (Margaret), Lucille Joyner (Glenn), Mary Elizabeth Tate and Yola Swepson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beam Celebration Center (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
