He is survived by: his children, Christina Starr (Chris) of South Carolina and Ronnie Lee Duncan of Dysartsville; his sister Carol Hendricks (Richard) of Mocksville; his grandchildren, Cody Starr and Conor Starr; and his nieces, Jenna Granger (Brad) of Virgina and Cara Fowler (Nick) of Waynesville. He is also survived by two great nieces and one great nephew.
