He is survived by: his wife Pat; his mother-in-law Mildred Lawing; his siblings, Gene Sumlin (Mildred) and Frances Melton; and his siblings-in-law, David Lawing, Morris Lawing, Janet Baird, Becky Washburn and Katherine Lawing (Byron Haynes).
