He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Haynes and Ruth "Helen" Gilliam Haynes. He is survived by: his wife Helen Haynes; his children, Jon Haynes (Krystal) of Marion, Matt Haynes (Amanda) of Morganton and Heather Haynes of Nebo; and his grandchildren, Hayden, Hudson, Savannah and Sullivan Haynes.
