He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lavender Gautney; his children, Tyler Gautney, Kyle Toney (Laura) and Kimberly Lewis; his grandchildren, Nathan, Brian, William and Rebecca; his brothers, James Gautney (Sherri), Danny Gautney (Tammy) and David Gautney (Sha); and his siblings-in-law, Andrew Whisenant (Jamie), Teresa Vess (Randy) and Pamela Elliott (Keith).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beam Funeral Service & Crematory (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
