He is survived by: his sons, Alvis Wayne Collins, Jr. (Pam) and Gregory Dwayne Collins (Sandra); his grandchildren, Shawn Alfred-Urban (Matt), Kenneth Collins (Samantha), Dylan Collins (Jules), Cody Meadows (Harley) and Carolyn Myree Collins (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Grayson, Beckett, Sadie, Henry, Tucker and Dallas; his sisters, Karen Hill and Sharon Shipley; and his siblings-in-law, Alyce Collins, Margaret Collins and James Jarvis (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
