She was predeceased by: her parents, James Briley and Ellen Briley. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Russell; her stepchildren, Jennifer Brinson and Will Nobles; her grandchildren, Lauren Adams (Roy Smithwick), Lillian Horne (David), Layla Jones, Madison Nobles, Dillon Nobles and Paxton Nobles; and her great grandchildren, Carolyn Mullins, Matthew Mullins Jr., Bradley Mullins, Noah Horne and Elijah Horne. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wintergreen Free Will Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Wintergreen O.F.W.B. Church Ladies Auxiliary, 2175 Wintergreen Road, Cove City, NC 28523.
