She is survived by: her husband John Kozak Jr.; her siblings, Walter Lyndsey Sadler Jr. of Bridgeton and Lisa Sadler Wood (Joseph Adam Wood) of Whitakers; and her nieces and nephews, Ashley Rushing (Joseph Rushing), Joseph Cody Wood (Morgan Wood), Hayleigh Parker of Whitakers, NC, Lily Rushing of Whitakers, NC and Joseph Wyatt Rushing of Whitakers, NC.
