Bridie Callinan Obituary
We announce the death of Bridie Callinan of New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 85. Bridie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Matthew Callinan. She is survived by: her children, Robert Callinan (Shelby), Timothy Callinan, Maureen Welsh (Brien) and Kathleen Flannery; her grandchildren, Conor (Clare), Michael Welsh (Haley), Clayton, Taylor, Mary Bridget Flannery, Grace and Helen Callinan; and her great grandchildren, CeCe and Kiera Welsh.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Saint Paul Catholic Church (3005 Country Club Rd, New Bern, NC 28562).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Craven County Hospice.
