He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil A. Broome, Sr. and Sonia Solovey Broome; and his wife Joyce Russell Broome.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lakeside Chapel at Greenleaf Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Shriner's Children's Hospital, 3551 N. Broad St. Philadelphia, PA. 19140.
