He was predeceased by : his parents, Gloria Dean and Henry Sam Roberts Jr.. He is survived by : his son Charles Maurice Horne; his wife Cora Mae; his children, Carlton Hamilton, Rashawn Horne, Rasheeyda Horne and Trevar Horne; his grandchildren, Daqwane, Jameer, Jassi, Bryson, Brayden, Cortres, Kyziaire, Catrina, Kyra and CJ Hamilton; his brother Pernell Roberts; his daughters-in-law, Shakir Bannister Horne and Megan Kane; his sister-in-law Shirley Owens (Joyce Williams); and his nephews, Deondre and DarWarren Owens.

A memorial service was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 2126 W 4th St, Chester, PA 19013.
