He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Spencer; his parents, Charles Spencer and Doris Gillo; his brothers, Norman and Kenneth Spencer; and his grandson Ryan Spencer.
He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Spencer (Jean) and Steven Spencer (Lauretta) of St. Petersburg, FL. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
