She was predeceased by: her parents, Clell Forsyth and Etta Forsyth of Carbon County, Utah.; and her close friend Jerry. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Peck; her children, Darrell (Wendy) of Lutz, Florida, David (DoriAnn) of Orem, Utah, Daniel of Vancouver, Washington and Darci (Rick) of New Bern, NC.; and her siblings, Robert (Janeen) and Christine (Craig).
