He was predeceased by: his wife Lois; his daughters, Sherry Agee and Kay Zerkle; and his granddaughter Julie Zerkle. He is survived by: his children, Jim Hickok (Lorrie) of Cove City and Nancy Jo Dixon (Danny) of Newport.
