Elizabeth Mae Parker Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Mae Parker (New Bern, North Carolina), who passed away on April 15, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Elizabeth's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Elizabeth has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by: her mother Vera Hopewell Lester Whitford; her sister Ann Gagnon; and her children-in-law, Paula Parker and Allen Edwards. She is survived by: her stepfather Randolph M Whitford; and her children, Karen Elizabeth Edwards, Raymond Bliss (Jill), William Christopher (Kathy) and Michael Anthony.
