He was predeceased by: his parents, John Malloy and Margaret Malloy; and his siblings, James, John "Jack" Malloy and Patricia Torzone.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Malloy; and his brother Gerald Malloy (Teresa). He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
