The memory of Evelyn Boone Hunter of New Bern, North Carolina, born in Murfreesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on September 30, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Hunter; her daughter Dawn Hunter-Jones; and her grandson Quinton Jones.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Christ Episcopal Church (320 Pollock St, New Bern, NC 28560).
