He is survived by: his wife Eileen Marie Milligan; his daughters, Kathleen "Kathy" Thompson James Joseph (Dean) and Theresa "Tammy" Chartier (Troy); his sister Margaret "Peggy" Duffner; his grandchildren, Genna (Walt), Kaitlin, Bobby (Krissten), Ellie, Lucy and Jimmy; and his great grandchildren, Evan and Jamie.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to donate to Journey of Hope in New Bern and to honor Jim's memory by spending time outdoors, sharing a story, or performing an act of kindness.
