Meadows; her grandchildren, William Meadows, Sarah Meadows, Jacob Meadows, Sydney Meadows, Sabrina Meadows Schiffbauer, Phoebe Meadows, Caleb Martin, Brody Martin and Jon Patrick Martin; and her caregivers, Maria, Clarissa, Joyce and Susan.
