She was predeceased by: her father William Edward Rice; her boyfriend John M. Ruth Jr.; and her brother Keith Lawrence Rice. She is survived by: her mother Sharon Elaine Duigou; her stepfather Joseph Anthony Brooking; her sons, Jonathan Phillip Michael Rice of New Bern, NC and Jaxon Edward Ruth of New Bern, NC; her siblings, Angel Elaine Pedro of Havelock, NC, Gwen Carol Rice-Smith of New Bern, NC, Stephanie Rae Wilmoth (Larry) of Warren, OH and William Edward Rice II of Girard, OH; and her stepsiblings, Brandy Wood of Greenwood, IN, Joshua Brooking of Bedford, IN and Jeremy Brooking of Goose Creek, SC. She is also survived by 15 loving nieces and nephews.
