He is survived by: his friend Chuck Kane; his wife Sandy; his daughters, Ragan and Emma; his sisters, Chantal Hollatschek, Vikki Sapp and Jennifer Pittman; his brothers-in-law, Jesse and Bob; his uncle Robert Clark (Jean); and his nephews, Robert, Devin and Chris. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
