He is survived by: his wife Shannon Bunnell Maguire; his son John Russell Maguire Jr.; his siblings, Robert Michael Maguire and Jennifer Rose Maguire Smith (Jared Smith); his daughter Gabrielle Russo; his nieces, Tiffany Garrison (Kevin Garrison), Mariah Cook, Ciara Cook and Vanessa Cook; and his grandchildren, Lucas Russo, Aubery Maguire, Brinley Russo, Payton Russo, Hannah Russo and Macie Mackowsky.
