He was predeceased by: his parents, Brady Collins and Evelyn Collins; and his brother Brady Collins. He is survived by: his wife Lane Collins; his children, Ken Collins, Jr. (Kim) and Brooke Cuffage; his grandchildren, Kyle (Hannah), Kenna, Kaitland, Robbie and Dylan; his great grandchild Kash; his grandmother Hannah; and also Kyle. He is also survived by many loving family members and close friends.
