He was predeceased by: his parents, Evie Toler and Delsie Toler; his daughters, Shelly DeBusk and Christy Toler; and his brother Randy Toler.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Toler; his daughter Stacy Miller (Steve); his grandchildren, Aaron, Hunter, Cade, Jonah and Hailey; and his siblings, Janet Williams (Johnnie) and Robert Toler (Sandra). He is also survived by many loving family members and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Cotten Funeral Home (2201 Neuse Blvd, New Bern, NC 28560). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
