She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Lee Mickelson; her sister Marika Wolf; and her parents, George Giotes and Felicia Giotes. She is survived by: her children, Ron Mickelson (Heidi) of New Bern and Veronica Mickelson (Daryl); her brother Dean Giotes; her grandchildren, Mary, Kassandra, Katherine and Matthew Mickelson; and her great grandchild Calvin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
