Marietta Sappelt Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marietta Sappelt of New Bern, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Manuel Bolneo and Rosalia Lozada Bolneo; her husband Thomas Sappelt; her children, Rosalia Sappelt Simpson (David) of Vanceboro, NC, Elizabeth Thompson of Maryland and Carlos Bloneo (Heidi); and her grandchildren, Isaiah, Brayden, Davianna, D'Mari, Trinity, Carley, Noah and Luke.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Munden Funeral Home (908 Lake Rd, Havelock, NC 28532).
