He is survived by: his wife Denise Hicks Hardeman; his sons, Ross Hardeman (Meredith) and Matt Hardeman (Samantha); his grandchildren, Ryan Hardeman, Lucy Hardeman and James Hardeman; his sister Melissa Julian (Mark); and his grandson Harris Alan Hardeman.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Riverside (1400 N Craven St, New Bern, NC 28560).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Croatan Church of Christ.
