She was predeceased by: her parent Burtis D. MacMaster; her husband Richard Cook; and her brother Donald J. MacMaster. She is survived by: her parent Mary Kelly MacMaster; her children, George R. Cook (Julie) of Chicago, IL, William A. Cook (Christine) of Albany, NY and Mary Beth Swingle (Eric) of New Bern; and her grandchildren, Rick Cook, Erin Cheers, Laura Krause, Catherine Cook, William Cook and Trevor Swingle.
