“I am very sorry to learn of Bob's passing. We were friends and worked together in different assignments during our careers with the Charlotte Police and then the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Departments. Bob was a good man, a friend on and off duty, and a good, dedicated Police Officer. Our prayers are with Sue and the family.”
