He is survived by: his wife Kit; his children, Jinni Forcucci (DJ Forcucci), Alexa Fausey (Bob Fausey) and Carter Crouch (Dhadha Crouch); his grandchildren, Ryan Budnik, Grant Budnik, Finn Forcucci, Cooper Forcucci, Flora Crouch and Padma Crouch; his brother Doug Crouch; and his nephew Derek Crouch.
