She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther "Benny" Woodrow Barnes and Margaret Tatem Barnes; and her brother Gary Tatem Barnes. She is survived by: her children, Rob Roy Withey Jr. of New Bern, Michelle Burton (Warren) of New Bern and Kevin Ray Davis of New Bern; and her grandchildren, Taylor Davis, Kelsey Withey, Samantha Burton, Nicholaas Burton and Jonathan Burton (Keri). She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
