He is survived by: his wife Louise Anthony Kent; his sons, James Cleary Blandford (Jennifer Jo Armstrong) and Douglas Kent Blandford (Erin) of Hickory; his grandchild Beck; his son William Thomas Hood Blandford (Melissa) of Greenville; and his granddaughter Caroline.
