He is survived by: his sister Alice Faye Heath of Cove City; his nieces, Gloria Bjork (Allen), Lisa Peszko and Rhonda Weldin (Joe); his great-niece Kelsey Farnham (Josh); his great-nephews, Chris Bjork (Meredith), Matthew Peszko and Jonathan Weldin (Rachel); and also, Emmie, Sailor Hancock and Olivia Farnham.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Wade's memory to Asbury United Methodist Church in Cove City, NC.
