He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley Loflin and Virginia Fine Loflin; and his siblings, Wes Loflin, Bill Loflin, Clarence Loflin, Carlene Varner, Marlene Efird and Dorothy Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph D. Loflin (Cindy), Carolyn Sue Hooker and Joelee Lynch (Buck); and his siblings, Robert Loflin (Joan) and Vangie Crisco.
