She was predeceased by: her parents, Gurney Duckworth and Martha Norman Duckworth; and her siblings, Ronnie Mitchell Duckworth and Melissa Duckworth Munday. She is survived by: her children, Vanessa and Robert Blair of Newland, NC; her grandchildren, Emily Ward (Jonathan Wise), Logan Blair, Sklyar Richardson, Kara Holtzcalw and Ally Holtzcalw; her great grandchild Walker Ryan Richardson; her sister Brazilla Duckworth Norris (Wade); her siblings-in-law, Debbie Duckworth and Terry Munday; and her aunt Mildred Duckworth Buchanan. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
