It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Burleson of Newland, North Carolina, who passed away on June 15, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dale Burleson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Grover Olin Burleson and Sylvia Phillips Burleson; and his siblings, Gene Burleson, Hobert Burleson, Jewel Burleson, Betty Lingerfelt, Loretta Cate, Lois Johnson, Charlotte Burleson and Gwendola Burleson.

He is survived by : his daughters, Sylvia Burleson (Marc Causby) of Newland, NC and Stephanie Burleson (Stetson McKinney); his siblings, Danny Burleson and Lena Sue Andrews; and his grandson Oliver Causby.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Fund, 2011 Spanish Oak Road, Newland, 28657.
