In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Frank had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Frank may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his former wives, Helen LaDena Cotten and Edna S Cotten; and his son Andrew N. Cotten. He is survived by: his wife Mildred S. Cotten; and his daughters, Celia M. Swanson, Cheryl M. Bowlin (Stan), Jennifer L. Thomas (Andy) and Lynne Cournoyer (John). He is also survived by two brothers, multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.
