He is survived by: his parents, C. W. Ruppard and Joyce Arnett Ruppard of Banner Elk; his brothers, Rick Ruppard (Gabriele) of Navarre, FL and Robert Ruppard (Felicia) of Banner Elk, NC; his nieces, Kathrina Eicher (Benny) and Sabrina Hotop; and his great-nephew Phillip Eicher. He is also survived by his family, friends.
