She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Dean and Virginia Althea Nelson; her husband Ed Isaacs; her brothers, Bruce Nelson and Larry Dean; her daughter-in-law Carol Isaacs; and her grandson Joey Hodge.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Isaacs of Newland, NC, Janet Townsend (Tim) of Newland, NC and Barbara Staton (Ken) of Newland, NC; her grandchildren, Holly Isaacs (Lance) of Newland, NC, Kc Staton (Hannah) of Newland, NC and Eddie Staton of Newland, NC; and her great grandchildren, Everett Staton and Kolsen Staton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roaring Creek Freewill Baptist Church (1736 Roaring Creek Rd, Newland, NC 28657). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
