He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Herman Hughes and Jody McKinney Hughes; and his sister Patsy Lou Hughes. He is survived by : his daughters, Sharon Pitts (Darrell) of Plumtree, NC and Shirley Crudup (Ed) of Madison, NC; his nephew Bryan Hughes of Jerry's Creek, NC; his grandson Brandon James Pitts of Plumtree, NC.; and his friends, Wayne, Nicole, Penny and Gail of Medi.
