He was predeceased by: his parents, Romer Clark and Ethel Clark; his wife Kathleen Beam Clark; and his siblings, Raymond, Jack Clark and Gustine Davis.

He is survived by: his children, Deborah Clark Greene and James Wesley Clark (Verna); his grandchildren, Brandee Harrison (Randall Rounds), Auby Harrison (Bethany Bare), Jessica Clark (W. L. Winebarger) and J. W. Clark; his great grandchildren, D. J. Winebarger, Kyndsey, Maizee Grace Rounds, Julius Harrison and Ariel Banner; and his siblings, Larry, Troy Clark (Bette), Kathie Clark, Laura Henderson, Sadie Whittaker and Lila Whittington.
